Shipping Policy
The delivery time for orders consists of two components:
Processing time: This includes verifying the order, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. Typically, all orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Shipping time: This is the duration it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the specified destination.
USA & Canada
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance generally takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).
Australia & New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).
UK & Europe
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).
Other Countries
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance may take 2-5 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK).
Insured Shipping: If an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, provided you supply sufficient proof.
Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery will be prioritized on our Orders List each day that we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, the expected time may be similar to Standard Shipping times. Your item will also be insured.
Some products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to our warehouses being located in various places.
Tracking numbers may take a few days to a week to update and show accurate tracking information. Please consider using a third-party website such as https://17track.net to monitor your order.
Keep in mind that for some countries, shipping may take longer than initially estimated.
Due to the volume of orders we are processing, your shipment may take longer than usual. We assure you that we are doing our best to dispatch everything as quickly as possible. We understand that waiting longer than expected for your order can be frustrating, but we prioritize maintaining the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.
Change Requests
If you need to modify your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@elyshara.com, and we will gladly assist you with the necessary changes. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any alterations. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size and color to prevent any disappointment.
