Standard Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them at no cost. Returned item(s) will be eligible for a refund. Please be aware that shipping fees will not be refunded.

The returns policy may differ during promotional periods, so please review the terms and conditions of the promotion prior to placing your order.

For returns or exchanges of elyshara products purchased from any other authorized retailer, please reach out to your retailer directly.

Returns Process (excluding Black Friday and other Promotions)

For all returns, please email support@elyshara.com to request your return label. Be sure to include your order number and specify the item you wish to return, and we will provide you with the next steps once we receive your email.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@elyshara.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items Not Received

If you have not received your complete order, please contact us at support@elyshara.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM and include your order number.
